What shirts do you print on?

All of our shirts are printed on soft 100% ringspun cotton. The shirts are more fashion fit than the normal t-shirt. Please order one size up if you would like a baggy and looser feel, but order the same if you would like the shirt to fit nice and snug.

What size do you recommend for females to purchase?

Since some Alma Maters only offer unisex sizes, it is recommended that women purchase a size Small or Medium. As the demand grows, Women shirts will be available.

Are there any special washing instructions?

The best way to take care of your shirt is to turn the shirt inside out before washing. Wash your shirt on a cold setting. DO NOT dry your shirt in a drying machine, let your shirt hang dry. This will keep your shirt in good shape and keep the print in best possible condition.

The item I want to buy is 'Sold out', what can I do?

Send us an email with the name of the design and how many you would like to buy. A representative will reply telling you if the order can be processed and the expected delivery date. There will need to be a specific number of inquires before re-ordering.

What about pre-orders?

When we have a pre-order on new designs, pre-orders will be shipped in accordance to the release date. Pre-order specials may be also likely to change.

SHIPPING

What carrier and mail type do you use?

We ship using United States Postal Service’s Priority & First Class Mail. Transit time for Priority Mail is 2-3 business days and 2-5 business days for First Class Mail.

What is the cost for processing/shipping?

Processing/shipping is $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for every additional item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We only ship orders on Saturdays. If you need your order to ship sooner, please contact us for special accommodations. Orders received by 6pm on Friday will ship Saturday. For orders received after 6pm on Friday, will ship the following Saturday.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are not accepting international orders at this time.

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Do you have any shops?

Not as yet but we are currently working to partner with a number of Stockists to feature our products. If you would like to stock The Alumni Zone, Inc. products, please contact us at thealumnizoneinc@gmail.com with your company’s name, website address, and the items you wish to stock. A representative will then contact you to discuss pricing and availability of products.

You don’t offer products for my Alma mater, what should I do?

You can request to have your school be the next featured school. Based on the demand and requests for a specific school, more schools will be featured. There will also be contests for Alumni where the school with the most votes will be the Featured Alma Mater.

Can I donate a photo of me wearing/using The Alumni Zone, Inc. products?

We gladly appreciate photos of our customers as our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please send pictures to thealumnizoneinc@gmail.com. Another option would be to upload photos to the Fan Page on Facebook.
